Vintage Mesh Bag Find

Found an interesting find today, a Whiting and Davis Mesh Bag. Trouble is I can't find out when it was made, nor its value. I even checked out a book on Whiting and Davis Mesh Bags and still couldn't find it on there. Thought I give this site a try.

Brown Tan and Cream colored, designs of a diamond, swirls on the bottom, and fringe on the bottom. Brown metal handle.

Can anyone give me a hand on how I can find out when this was made or it's value? I have tried the Google images search, but have failed. Thank you for your time.
