Vintage Omega Constellation Quartz Movement

This watch movement was in a box lot I purchased at an estate auction today for three dollars. I had seen it in a sandwich baggie, and assumed others had seen it too, so I was prepared for a bidding war which ultimately didn’t happen. So, my question is, did they know something I don’t know? I am an amateur when it comes to watches, so I will defer to the forum to see if this was a good score, or potentially just a fake. The movement is marked ‘1250’, and when comparing it to others online, it looks legit. It’s currently not working, but I haven’t had the opportunity to try it with a fresh battery. As you can see, I have the dial, hands, stem, crown and some hardware too. The crown is in good condition, but the baggie makes it look bad in the photo). Thanks in advance and HH!

It is absolutely the real deal. Regardless if it works or not it’s a great parts piece for someone. I would think at least $100 bill

I agree with JimDon, real. And if an Omega is going to be a quartz...that is the movement you want it to have.

That's an early elect. movement similar to the Bulova Accutron accuquartz. c. 1975-78 era I would think. Could have been in a gold case at one time and some fool scraped it. Being it's labeled as a chronometer it passed the rigorous standards to be certified as being highly accurate.
