Vintage Pastel Painting

Need help with old pastel painting.

Picked this up for $5 today. It's really beautiful in person. Got my hands chalky getting it out. Approximately 24x12". Any help with the signature would be appreciated. I like picking up old framed artwork when they have the old nails in the back. Thanks for looking

Hey everyone, it's been along time since I've posted. The mobile app was always acting up on me! It's been a really good years so far. Some big sterling scores, and other cool stuff. Also made Aton flipping Nintendo minis and Hatchimals over the holidays.

I recently picked up this old pastel? painting in an old frame for $10. I was wondering if anyone could help me date it, find the artist. It's stunning in person. Thanks!
