Vintage Tootsietoy Motorcycle? ***SOLVED- Honda by Lesney***

Any Tootsietoy experts out there?
I dug this up at an old house yesterday. It was in the same area where my buddy dug four Tootsietoy cars.
There is no markings on this motorcyle other than a #7 on the front plate on the forks. Cafe racer?

Is this a Tootsietoy?
Any idea what year?
What kind of motorcycle?

I saw that one too. Looks like he was a puzzled as I am.
By the way, every time I dig an old tool I think of you. You ID'd a few for me in the past, and I also bought that small paperback book you had recommended. It has come in handy.

It looks like an older BSA , I had one that looked almost the same, full size that is.
But I can not be sure as a toy does not have as much detail. You might look up the BSA's and see if you can find a match.

neat bike, looks like the tires are still in great shape. Are the tires rubber or cast, I can't tell from the picture on my screen.

The "tank badge" on the toy indicates Honda. See photo. This doesn't ID the toy but should help in researching it.
