Guys I've had this detector several years and while it still runs fine I've been laying off installing a push button switch on it to change modes . Right now the mode changes between the ground balance all metal side and the discrimination side are controlled by a 2 position toggle switch . I would like to install a momentary push button switch in the end of the handle to make switching much easier . I did contact the current owner of Nautilus detectors to try to get some help but he said he would have to look over the circuitry blueprints and get back with me which he never did . It doesn't seem to me it would be a big deal to run a couple wires and solder a switch in but I dont want to start blindly . Maybe some of you tech heads could give some insight . I have attached some web pics for clarification but can take my own if needed .
