Virginia Token

I found a Token last night at a construction site near Hampton Virginia. It is in the shape of an octagon, on one side it says "BILL TERRELL Newport News VA." On the other side it says "Good for 10C in Merchandise." It is a good looking token and I have been unable to find out any information about age or origin. Any help would be much appreciated

Dave Schenkman lists this in his book on Virginia tokens as #3660-O10. Brass Octagonal 24mm. He assigns a value of $3 - $5 however this is in 1980 (date reference book was published). Should be worth more 25+ years later but this does indicate that it is not an extremely rare token. Nice find though.
