Not necessarily. Maybe 20 years ago, National Geographic interviewed a woman from a Muslim nation. She was closer to a ten than to a two-bagger, absolutely beautiful. She had attended school, including graduating from Oxford.
When she went home, she put on the burka, and said she actually preferred it, because when she wore it, the Muslim men left her 100% alone.
