I received an e-mail offering a free one year subscription to W&ET's online magazine. But, when I go to the page to subscribe I am told to log in but then it says my log in is invalid. I logged out of the forums and logged back in using the same credentials and it worked. Why doesn't it work when I try to log in to the subscription page?
