The picture is an exact copy of a medal that I found today. The original is currently marinating in extra virgin olive oil to get some of the crud off. The medal says: "Souvenir - Fort Benj. Harrison - Indiana - War Maneuvers- 1908." This was found in a Northern Ohio park that, one hundred years ago, was private property owned by the same family for many years. Could have been one of the family members. Might try to do some research on this one. If any military buffs know anything about this medal or the Fort Benjamin Harrison 1908 war maneuvers it would be interesting to hear it.

Thanks for the link Don. I thought it might be a watch fob. Looks like that design was used at other forts. Whatever the 1908 war maneuvers were, they must have had a large participation.
