Just a guess but, it looks like it may have been made in a modern ceramics class. The "Hallmark" may just be how the student signed stuff. I'm guessing modern as there doesn't appear to be any age cracks in the glazing.

You are on the money packerbacker. It appears to be a very well made modern pitcher and bowl. Signature by the artist.. Nice display item for the kitchen or bathroom. Very pretty but modern.

Great observation packerbacker as if you study the two "Marks" carefully, they do appear to be hand signed and not a factory logo. Good job!

Yep, I agree with modern ceramics project.
The older sets have patina and sometimes more detail.
Nice Hand Job on the bottom though.
