✅ SOLVED Washed up old piece of wood with brass rivets

Was fishing down by the Mississippi river and found an old piece of wood with brass rivets.. One of the rivets have a stamp with what looks like a bucket.. Can anyone tell me what this is? 20180121_163555.webp
 

Maybe an old saw? Disston brand has the beanpot looking mark.

And that "bucket" is know as Pennsylvania's State Seal - Keystone

Still a cool relic. Could be pretty old and I'm sure it was an important tool for someone in the past.
I'm a carpenter by trade and when I was first starting in the business I work with old time carpenters that cherished their saws. Most carpenters today don't know how to use one.
If you Google the history of Disston handsaw medallions, there is a website that helps date them
