washington hunters from the 80s?

I would like to know if anyone would be interested in starting a topic on areas and fellow detectorists that hunted in the 1980s
I am always wondering an areas I have gone, what was found in the past, such as the old school in Concrete, how was the Silver finds back then, etc etc

I worked all summer and bought my first detector in the late 60's when I was in high school. Problem is most areas I hunted then are now apartments or housing developments.
