Tenderfoot
Right under my nose, I have found a painting that has some history. This is a water colour painting in a frame. The frame has a plaque on it that says, F. Reynolds R.I. I can see that there is a signature on the painting, hidden by the frame. The painting has had some water damage. My minimal research informs me that the artist may be Frank Reynolds and RI stands for Royal Instsitute of painters of water colours. How do I go about finding more about this painting. Is it indeed a treasure? I welcome your feedback and ideas about what to do next?
