Water gloves for Winter hunting?

Looking for a good pair of gloves to wear in knee-high winter surf. Suggestions?

Bass pro , use to have ones for duck decoy handling made of neoprene.

Neoprene is OK, I've got a few pairs but Dry is the only way to go..when the temps get into the 20's...Wet hands, wind chill..don't mix well...I like the ones Craig PI suggested..they look crazy but they work great..I have the green, they are just to stiff.
