The WM10 Wireless Module needed a water and sand resistant case because at $250 a pop I didn't need it splashed or dropped in the sand.
I made one up from the excellent Pelican 1010 Micro Case for under $10. This small case (polycarbonite, I believe) was perfect for the job.
First, take out the rubber seal and cut as shown (WM10 won't fit otherwise).
Next, mark and drill for rubber grommet and headphone jack. I used a Brad Point drill bit. Drill opening slightly larger than needed to be able to push HP Plug into jack. Set rubber grommet by friction fit.
I had to drill the next size up that's why the hole is not perfectly round.
Place rubber seal back into case.
Place WM10 into case.
Center Wireless Module jack and plug in Headphones.
Attach the carabiner prior to plugging in HP!
Close lid and you have a water, sand and crush Resistant case for your WM10 Wireless Module.
Please note: Not Waterproof! Do not submerge!
I hope you find this useful! Best of luck out there!
