Waterproofing Kit

Is anyone out there using the waterproof kit for the DEUS that they now show on their website? I was going to pull the trigger on an AT Gold but am now thinking about the DEUS due to the introduction of the kit that makes it submersible. If you own both of these detectors please let me know your opinions. Thanks

I have the Deus which I really enjoy. I have owned about 8-10 detectors including water machines. I found one of my best finds in the water recently with the Deus but I wouldn't recommend it for serious water hunting. The waterproof kit is an absolute joke. I would buy a detector that is waterproof and has earphones that are also.

I just purchased a Deus, I have several waster units, I agree the water proof case which is new and I have I would not trust in surf or water with any pressure, a good surf unit or diver unit, the Deus is definitely a beast however!
