Waterville Douglas County,and Wilbur

Has anybody ever hunted in Waterville Douglas County,and Wilbur area? is it allowed? do you need a permint for the parks?

Myself and Tom76 just finished a weekend there, nothing really great but the drive through history was cool to look at along with all the wild life we saw. Ended up with a wheaty from 1924 and two tokens and one button from 1938..
