It may be bent but it is one sweeeeettt find. I'm still looking for my first one Congrats a most excellent find

A beautiful find and a First Rate cleaning and restoration job on the gilding. :hello2:

A great relic ! no shame in finding these collectable objects in less than perfect condition! Actually it's the norm!! Go hit that spot again and again!! MaineRelic.

Good find with lots of guilt left, more than the normal ploughed field find. These types were more fashion than function but could be used.

That's a find I'm still looking for, and it's a nice one for sure :icon_thumleft:

wtg HR, you convinced me, THAT is the way to go

amazing what a shovel and pinpointer can do.....I might have to try that sometime

Thanks all and it was on a forest hillside, so no plowed field for me this time. It did clean up well and that's thanks to the jelly I used :)

Lol, if it was that easy all the time IH. This way can only be done where heavy iron is and takes a lot of time as slow going....let alone all the nails to clean up.
