Well, today I went back to the 1890 house for more MDing. I was waiting on a package so I didn't get out until around four but worked at it for a few hours. It wasn't the massive score like yesterday but it was definitely interesting. There are sounds literally everywhere. It's like I'm MDing over a bed of nails. There was lots of great signals but I didn't dig everything. There's plenty of time to go back after it rains and hopefully it'll be singing silver and gold. The property, turns out to be bigger than I originally thought and there was a row of similar houses right in line going down the hill and now only this one remains. The backyard is mostly fill but there is a carriage house still standing in the back yard. Today's interesting finds were the child's badge and old lock and a old Remington bullet casing I should've put into a separate pouch because by the time I got home the walls of the shell broke off. I'm guessing it was a .38 short. I try to get a better picture once it dries off. Found a brass rivet, a large melted bar of lead, copper fittings, $.14, and a few other interesting odds and ends. I took a couple of pix of the inside of the house and I saw a small snake.
