We Need another Detector!!

Well my wife made the announcement at dinner
"I want my own Detector!!!"

We want to do some gold detecting so I guess we will get a Eureka Gold and also get another Sovereign GT.

I guess at this rate I better get 3 two Eureka Golds and another Sovereign Gt,
any one have experience with the Xtera detectors maybe the Xtera-70?
I am open to suggestions.

While the X-Terra's will find gold, it is not the best one for the job. I'd stick with a dedicated gold detector for best use of your time. I would suggest a Tesoro Lobo type.

Same thing Sandman said, but if your hooked on Minelab yet don't want to spend the dough on the dedicated gold unit, the Sovereign should be good for you.
