first off, you should show the full length of your rod ( sorry, no pun intended)
second, I don't see the rod as being threaded, the rings on the end don't look like threads but looks like even grooves
The grooves should show some sort a graduated angle to be threaded
Bar looks to be square?
Does that make any sense?

What it looks like to me is a strengthening rod from a hydraulic cylinder, older but that's what it looks like.

Hahaha, actually the picture is the entire length but cuts really close to the edge. 2nd, the threaded end actually is slightly angled with an opening on the end however now I see why you pointed that out, the picture doesn't show that. The bar is definitely square, thank you for your reply !
