Weather Change in Schuylkill County, PA Coming

Never Fails, Had My Midnight Coffee while Sitting here on my Computer.
After I Finished, I went Out to the Sink To Clean my cup, & Coffee pot .

While Standing there Something grabbed My waist/Back & I Had to Grab the sink to Not Double Over, Lasted at Least 60 seconds Maybe 2 - 3 Minutes ,as I Struggled to Cean up. Then it Dissappered,

Guaranteed There is a Major Change Most Likley Seeping in Now

LOL I suppose the Right word May Be Muscle Spasm .
I Get them when there is a seasonal type Weather Change Coming.
I'll be My Normal Self and All of a Sudden I Get a Painful spasm.
usually happens the moment I Stand Up.
And Normally Twice a Year

works better then Accu-Weather.
