Got down to the beach late yesterday for a few hours. Ran into MT Pockets and Cryptkeeper (hope I got that Right) as they were leaving. Great meeting other hunters from the forums, and a chance to place a face to the names we read.
After chatting for a while, we headed down to see what was left over.
No luck finding the keys, just can slaw and cans, and lots of jellyfish, so we bolted as the rain got heavier and moved to another beach. As the rain let up, the water got amazingly calm and flat, since low tide was occurring, we hunted some more.
Patty
worked the sand with the Quattro, couple of good coin pockets (1 with $4.)
I worked the surf.
First find was a monogramed aluminum ring, next a 14k earring.
Then the best of the day, a $150 pair of D&G (Dolce and Gabbana)sunglasses(unscratched). Wife and daughter claimed those already.
