Compadre strikes Gold TWICE!!

These two pieces were actually one big piece I broke to see if it was plated.
I thought it was trash at first but it turned out to be 4.1 grams of 18k gold
Maybe it was an old pin or broach? there was no marks or design..but looked like it could have been in the shape of feathers initially, it was very beat up.

Found that yesterday... and unbelievably there was MORE GOLD TODAY!!!

Wow!!! more GOLD!!!
I found my very first two golds a day apart from each other, could it get any better??!
This piece looks like some sort of Masonic medallion. Part of the front broke off but the gold is all there!!
And if things couldn't get any better, I discovered my first SILVER QUARTER 1902 BARBER QUARTER!!! What a beaut!!!!
...and later on... a coin cache!! with another silver quarter! (standing liberty maybe 1920 or 30 can't tell)

The other notable coins found in the cache alongside the standing liberty quarter include a 1905 indian head penny, 1898 V Nickel, and a 1900 V Nickel. They were all in the old plastic bag, about a 4 inches down. My first cache!
So lets review,
This weekend in the forest I found my first Gold..then my second gold, then my first silver quarter, then second silver quarter ever inside my first coin cache ever.
Folks...this might be the greatest weekend of metal detecting I will experience have in my life (never say never
).
I'm 3 months in and completely hooked
HH, GL, & GOD BLESS METAL DETECTING!
