This week we filmed a special permission.

"1880's Farmhouse"
In this video the Relic Rangers go metal detecting at a special access permission. The site is an early Washington State homestead that farmed for the local logging camps during the turn of the century. Much history is saved and a "Mystery Relic" is unearthed as well. HELP ID THE MYSTERY RELIC AND WIN!!!

That key fob is spectacular and to me is the best find of the lot. This one belonged to my granddaddy who was prison warden and road superintendent in my home county from 1936 until his death in 1949, 11 years before I was born, so things like this are the only connection with him that I have. Yours is obviously much older and everything about it is just fantastic. Congrats on a great find in my obviously biased eyes!

The Relic Rangers always dig some great stuff. I really like the Caterpillar watch fob.

I think your mystery item is a segment of a pedestal for a garden fixture - like a bird bath or sundial or planter.
