Weekly Beach Hunt...Gold,Silver.

Hit the beach with Bigmike and Davifl for an afternoon water hunt...we were met with rough, dirty water but we fought through it to pull out a few finds...lots of targets but hard digging in washing machine conditions...Dave got 1 junker ring...Mike got a nice looking wedding ring with stones, marked P4 SR...I knew what it was because WillieD posted one a couple of years ago with those marks...its an alloy of gold, platinum, palladium and silver with silver making up about 90%...I got a thin 14k gold band 20 minutes into the hunt so the rest of my day was spent with a smile on my face...only 3.1 grams but any gold makes my day...I got a really small silver ring marked.925, weighing only 0.8 grams...I like finding rings that small because I know my machine is hitting on all cylinders...also got an earring that at first I thought was gold but marked .925 1/10 14k...pics are just my finds...we all got assorted junk jewelry...good luck to everyone.

No, just murky from waves stirring up the sand, not really dirty...it will clear right back up with 2 days of calm seas.

Lot better than my finds, 3 of us went July 3rd on East coast, after 4 hour hunt I had 2 quarters, a Nickel, 2 pennies, 3 bottle caps and a junk earring and my finds were the best of the 3..😭

Ive had more of those days than I want to remember...but hey, were at the beach with friends so hard to complain.

Quite a variety of finds you got there. I'm like you, a little bit o' beautiful yellow and I got a skip in my step and a smile on my face the rest of the day! All the aches and pains just seem to float away! Congrats!
