Week's Finds 3/3/11 - 3/5/11

Been another slow week for me. Picked up two boxes of halves on Thursday and another two on Friday. Then while making a dump run today picked up $250 in dimes.

Results:

Box 1: (1) 1967
Box 2: Skunk
Box 3: (1) 1968
Box 4: Skunk
Dimes: 1946, 1947, 1956-d, 1962-d

This makes 2 silver halves found out of my last ten boxes; pretty bad compared to what I am used to. Dimes are still producing good, so may focus more on those for awhile, plus they are easier to dump.

Not much, but some silver is better than no silver, especially at $35.49 per ounce

It seems that my boxes go thru those dumpy phases, too. Then low and behold a fair box comes around. Hang in there--the silver will cycle back around.
