✅ SOLVED Weird Buckle Hook Thing - Need ID

[Old Pueblo]

Found this thing here. I dont remember where exactly, but it was somewhere out in the fields around here. For that reason I think it is livestock related, but the back looks like it was made to be mounted onto something, presumably wooden. If anyone knows what this thing is called, please let me know. Thanks

That is an old style (horse harness related) team pad hook meant to be riveted on instead of bolted.
