If you check those positions where this happens, you WILL find that that latitude North (or south) of the Equator is 19.47 degrees.
There is a reason for this and it has to do with the negative or week force of the universe that we know as "Gravity".
It turns out under the new unified field theorem - that there are only two forces in the universe.
One is the expansive force - and the other is the contracting force.
We experience our universe from the expansive force aspect of the universal energy.
Gravity (the contracting force) - which is the least understood force of the universe, accounts for the 98% of the matter in the universe that is supposedly "missing" within our current imperfect understanding of physics.
All energy relationships are in balance, for every force (action) there is an equal and opposite force (Reaction).
Just as we observe the spherical shape of matter in our universe (including this earth and moon and all other terrestrial bodies within our expanding universe - we know zilch about the fractal tetrahedral shape of the contracting force of gravity.
If we did, we would understand that - within any sphere, you can fit a fractal tetrahedron shape and that the 4 points of that tetrahedron will intersect the surface of the sphere at only 4 points, starting with say the south pole as the apex of the tetrahedron, the other 3 points of the base triangle plane of the fractal tetrahedron, will all intersect the surface of that sphere at a position, that equates with the 19degrees 47lattitude in the northern hemisphere at 3 equidistant distances around the globe on that latitude.
Similarly, if we did the same, with a tetrahedron face up the other way - it's apex touching at the north pole, that its equilateral triangular base plane 3 points would all intersect the surface of the sphere of our earthly globe - at the 19 degrees 47 minutes latitude south of the border.
In order to do this with TWO such tetrahedrons inside the sphere at the same time - each would have to be "fused into each", in such a way that if viewed in 2D (flat) plan view- they would appear as the well known "star of David" - as it is called or mogen David is another name for it.
When this is done in 3D with two tetrahedrons, facing up and down, each must be rotated half of the distance of one fractal segment of the triangular base distance so they are out of phase with each other.
This creates a fractal tetrahedral double with 8 points that touch the surface of the crust of the earth in 8 places, north pole south pole - 3 points on 19 degrees 47 mins North lat and three points on 19 degrees 47 minutes South lat.
These 8 places on the earths surface are the points at which the weak electromagnetic contracting (negative) force of gravity, are funneled to the core of the earth which is itself a singularity known as a black hole.
When you take our electronic equipment including battery's, to these points on the earths surface the increased negative electromagnetic forces returning to the singularity black hole that is the core of our earth, they do cancel out, the expansive positive electrical sources within our battery's.
What really happens is that the valence of the metals in the batteries that operate to create the positive current that these devices are powered by is fundamentally altered in that the electron clouds at the sub atomic level don't operate the same way that we experience in the expansive parts of the globe or universe.
Interestingly - the anti gravity / anti matter drives within alien space craft that are relativistic, (they only appear to accelerate at rates we cannot understand, and likewise they take right angle turns that would create G forces that would be fatal too us - in our relative state - BUT because they create their own singularity and thus their own gravity field, the occupants only experience the gravity that is relative to their reality.
When these drives come within range of any of our positive powered electric devices - they alter the valence of the elements within our batteries - and they alter the properties of the positive electromagnetic fields, such that car lights and ignition systems die out, cars stall etc.....
They are anti gravity devices that utilize the fractal tetrahedral properties of gravity (the negative force on the contracting universe) - while we only understand the positive forces of the expansive universe that we can see with our own eyes.
Lets compare this with the discovery of the visible light spectrum
We understood light because we could see it & then using prisms to split a light beam, we managed to break it up into its different wave lengths, and get all the colors of the rainbow - something we can see in nature. We then understood the concept of wavelengths at different periodicity that caused different colors.
Using this concept we then tested for and discovered other wavelengths in the non visible spectrum - in x rays and infra red and radio waves and so on.
It is the same with the understanding of the expansive positive force in the universe - it is everything we can see - BUT we don't yet understand properly the opposite balancing force in the universe, which is gravity and which has a fractal tetrahedral nature.
Its easy to understand the nature of these two forces.
A circle describes a 2D plane that encloses the MOST possible
area, with the least possible circumference
length.

This is the spherical nature of the positive or expansive force within our universe.

A triangle describes a 2D plane that encloses the least possible
area, with the least possible

A tetrahedron encloses the LEAST possible
volume with the
least possible surface area of any geometric shape.
When we better understand the ONLY two forces in this universe and their respective spherical and fractal tetrahedral shapes - we will one day conquer & control all energy within the universe (including that within mass & time for example).
It is possible to calculate the energy within time for example
First one has to understand what time is - and there's involvement of gravity in this equation which physics doesn't currently understand.
When they do they will come to learn that, there are 9 x 10 ^ 16 joules of energy (trapped or compressed) within every second of time.
That's as much as is within Mass, (think splitting the atom - or a nuclear bombs worth.)
Something else we will know - will be that the singularity at the center of our earth is a black hole.
The old kabbalist's claim is "As Above so below!".
Thus the center of an atom contains a singularity, (black hole).
Black holes have gravity so dense at their core that even light can't escape.
If you looked at a black hole from the other side- you would see all the light energy sucked into that black hole.
It would look like our sun, which is just that - the other side of a black hole - and same with every star we see in our universe - just other suns or opposite sides of black holes emitting light energy and other energy forms.
When we split an atom - (or tear apart a miniature black hole) - what gets released?
The LIGHT emitted is as bright as a what?
Sun!
