Appears to be a Tughra on the back, like:

Old Ottoman coin perhaps?

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

Here’s some pictures of a slightly better-preserved pendant with the same design posted previously. It depicts an Egyptian deity (on a throne) holding a ‘sesen’ (seshen) lotus flower.

Tughras are notoriously difficult to read, but I’m pretty sure it’s for Abdul Hamid II, who ruled between 1876-1909. I’m also sure that it’s just decorative and may not be contemporary for that period or even necessarily produced in Egypt, not least because the tughra is in the wrong orientation (it’s been rotated 90 degrees clockwise). This would be the tughra for Abdul Hamid II in the correct orientation:
