well. christmas is almost over. im ready for warm weather now. how about you?

its always the same. christmas is coming. i like the snow then. the minute i wake up on december 26th. i want the snow and cold weather gone!. sunny days, temps in the 70s. the lovely sound of gold and silver under my detector coil. ahhhh!. sh**. then i wake up.

Yeah, I never seem to wake up from it... tomorrow is 65, and 70 on Sunday.
I'd be happy to never see snow again. $:-\$

We had a near blizzard last night that put a wrench in our Christmas plans but it still came about fine. First white Christmas in 30 years or so and it is sooo darn cold outside. Many of my guests did not get to come because of the weather so there is food, food, food everywhere and fudge and cake and cookies and pies and all that stuff I love but don't need. We are hoping my youngest son and family and my wife's sister and family can get in tomorrow but it is still doubtful as the roads are snow packed and slick. Last night they closed the airport and all the turnpikes in the northeast part of the state and no one could get in or out. But this is the only real cold we have had in a couple of years. And they have been predicting a colder and wetter winter this year. But the Chdristmas spirit is still warm and alive at my house. Monty

Well ya'll take care out there in OK Monty... I've seen videos & pictures, and I'm just glad I'm no where around that place anywhere! Stay warm too, especially if the power goes out!!!

Never been up that far up north Mike, but I think I'd probably die. I'm just not adapted for the cold.

I didn't even want the white excrement for Christmas so OF COURSE I am ready for warm weather! lol Yep....tis winter again and this cold weather wimp is back to whining! :tongue3:
