well here is my gold vac very similar to viper vac minus a part or two but excited for spring now plus my son made his version from a electric leaf blower and a tupper ware bowl and used a sleep machine hose I thought he was pretty creative myself.....see what you think?

Did you seal between the top bulkhead and the lid? Also you may want to drill and install bolts along the outer edge.

hey thanks for the pointers on the outer bolts on the lid I knew there was something I was forgetting and the rubber gromet it is sealed I know there are some things i'll have to probably relook at the pics I had a hard time to find the type of rubber seals you use so I had to improvise a bit but it does work really thank you very much for posting I know it would it been a lot easier getting a kit from you but I'm terribly cheap please don't hold it against me LOL!
 

What I was speaking of in regards to seal is to use Silicone seal between the lid and the top bulkhead. The Silicone will not stick to either surface but acts as a gasket. I apply a bunch of clear then bolt the bulkhead to the lid and the to the blower. Allow the Silicone to squeeze out and harden. Then take a sharp razor blade and cut along the bulkhead edge to trim off the Silicone. I repeat this to the inside opening trimming off the Silicone that squeezes out.
