most of the time I pay on line.
if their site gives me an issue with my log in,
I call and tell them Flat Out you Don't want my Money
I take it it's free this month. their tone changes quickly .
other things I demand, a paper bill in the mail, which I never open.
They won't lower my Bill 50 Cents a month for Paperless, So I want my Money's Worth.
When I call & Get a Robot, I say Operator Loudly to Everything they ask, Till they Give me one .
I Don't talk to Machines, Or give Money to Machines over the Phone.
if they tell me their is a fee for paying over the phone, the fee can be waved, if they really want payment.
