The GF and I had a day with nothing on it so we went hunting silver from the banks.
Left around 11, stopped at a couple dozen banks around south Jersey.
At the 6th bank I got 6 customer rolls. They yielded the only silver of the day. 7 40%.
We only found about 80 bucks in coins the whole day. I heard at least 3 times "too bad you didn't come in yesterday/2 days ago".
At one bank the teller had to have another teller explain to her(in spanish) what a half dollar was.
I only heard the dreaded "do you have an account with us?" once.
Stopped at a Goodwill and picked up a couple small items destined for eBay and had lunch at a Five Guys Burgers.
Between gas, lunch and Goodwill, the day ended up costing about $25 more than the silver we got. But it was a nice day and we needed it after the winter we had!
