The place is a real mess with jars piled everywhere. They were in cardboard boxes but the animals chewed them up and the jars fell into piles. I should have taken my camera. I brought boxes to fill with jars I have no interest in and found a lot of zinc and glass tops on the floor. Anyone need parts?

Last night I was looking over one of the three loop jars I have and noticed the glass cap. Strange. Could it be a logo for a glass manufacturer? I see a crescent moon and a star with rays. The other stuff looks like an asteroid explosion. Any ideas?

nice finds a lot of caps there

You may have found a real mess as you put it .But I get a sense you are learning something new every day . Keep at it I am learning also.

Those ZINC jar tops are $3.00 each, almost standard price hard to find, if in good shape.

Nice finds. Congrats

Not sure but that boyds cap has a similar pattern on it.

It's similar by virtue of the rays' but there is no moon or star. I examined mine closely and there is no text on it. Could be earlier or later.

Just did some searching and found an even more similar one and it is Boyds.
