I went out to my local woods for a couple of hours to cure the itch. Especially after not being ablt to get out with you guys this Saturday. I felt like I have to make up.
About 20 minutes into the hunt at the first site, I hit a pocket spill of 4 Washingtons; 2x 1956D, 1958D, 1960D, and the 2 Roosies; 1947 & 57. Hit a solid quarter signal, pulled out 1, rescanned hole and another quarter signal. I was like...SWEET! Dug another, rescanned hole, and another Quarter signal, I was like, NO WAY (Gotta be can slaw) . well this happened four times, i rescanned the hole and the Etrac was still singing. I was like HOLY SH*T at this point and out popped two more rosies. About 3 feet away, I found the Avon lipstick. I went to the car and was gonna go home but something was telling me to go to another woods spot where I pulled a 1913 Buffalo.
So I went there and spent just over an hour and found the 1912 Barber dime, 1904 & 1907 IH's and 4 wheaties; 1918, 1923, 1924, & 1928. Ran out of time and went back home. I'm sure I'll be hitting this spot again soon!
