What are these u shaped stirrup looking things?

What are these things? I have found about 5 of them scattered about my yard. . They are metal straps as you can see that have a bar that appeArs to be wrought or forged when cleaned up. The bolts are squAre. I just found these two by accident together today.

Oh how unexciting ... Lol. Are they at least from and homestead which no longer stands, you think ? Or are they modern .. . Say under 100 years old. Were they using pipes 100 years ago? Lol

I'd say reasonably modern. They look like ones for a pipe fence post.
