What are these?

Hello all, at one of my permissions, next to the garage/shed I found these three items about six to eight feet apart. Two last weekend, and one today. They appear to be copper or brass. Any info about these would be appreciated. The best I can come up with is copper etchings, but that doesn't tell me much, like what these were used for. Thanks!
