You said on your other thread that you thought it might be St. Paul's Cathedral in London. You might well be correct, although it isn't a completely accurate representation.
Here it is, but viewed from the aspect that's easier to photograph (the other side to the image of your spoon):

You also said that it has a "weird hallmark" which you were going to show, and that might confirm it to be St Paul's as well as enabling something more to be said about the spoon.
