What Does 14k PPC Define?

Found a religious madallion today in a tot lot that looks like gold with 14k PPC on it. Is this a type of gold plate?

"PPC" may very well be the maker's mark. It's used by Princess Pride Creations, a Chicago based jewelry company acquired a few years ago by the Colibri Group of Providence, RI, which also owns the Krementz Jewelry and Seth Thomas Clock companies.
