What does the B&S stand for?

Usually an anchor has the weight on one fluke & mfg on the other. I cannot identity this anywhere. If anyone can give me any information on this anchor, I would appreciate the help.
Looks like I could find another one like it out there somewhere, but can't find one online.
One one left is B&S on the right is 10
