Extremely sharp tip, looks worked to a point-do you agree? Seems to thick for a point but it is uniface-made from a flake it seems. Made of Burlington chert.

Possibly a scraping tool?
 
Actually, on the reverse side there is some thinning around the tip. I wonder if this was going to be a point that they never finished....?
 
I'd call it a flake. Flakes were often used as tools with no modifications and any wear pattern would show if it was utilized or not.
 
I see the work on it, I would call it a type of graver
 
It looks like it could be used as a graver, or as a scriber.
 
I keep reading that gravers are Paleo but I would suspect that they were used all thru antiquity. Would you agree?
 
I agree that most time periods used them
