What is a good trade?

I am wanting to trade some of my 40% Kens for silver eagles. Have any of you traded up to the 1 oz eagles, and if so what was the ratio. Or would it be better to sale outright and purchase. Just looking for some advice.

I usually can get about 95% of spot for my 40%ers, so given the premium on ASE's, I'd say you should be giving about 8 40%ers per ASE.

I think selling 40% on Craigslist you will get a betrer deal and use cash to buy Ase.

If you sell to a LCS or trade, you will likely lose money on both ends of the transaction - a low price for the silver and the premium on ASE's. The goal is to minimize the loss on one or both ends. Since it is unlikely that they will reduce their premium on the Eagles, you have to get the best price for your silver and that price will not be at the same store in most cases.
