I like Terry's and Chilt's guesses, I almost thought lamp pull but it's too small I think. SanMateo, those are inclusions, basically bubbles, poorly blown and processed glass. You do see fossils and other organisms in Amber, that appear like that. Also Quartz, Diamond, Emerald, and Ruby (among others) will have inclusions and other minerals present within them as well. Crazy Stuff, Jurassic park style stuff in Amber.
