What does the flat bottom look like?
It doesn't have that "old" look to it to me.
The caricature doesn't look ancient to me either.
And the lack of patina.
But what the H*** do I know.
I do think it's neat though..

It's not white in person it's like a yellowish tan color

Of bone........ I can't get a pic of the bottom edge with my magnifying glass on phone but the cut looks like small vertical lines on the cut up and down all the way across on bottom edge

Thanks for asking me to look at it. Oh yes that's a beauty for sure . Yes it's coded like some of your others. I Haven't seen much lately in this form. You truly have and eye and a nack for finding them. Thanks for bringing me out of the woods on this one. Your going to keep me up tonight studying it. I Would love to have it in person to do it. Yes it is. It's a map. Their work are pieces of art if your lucky enough to know it. This kind is very rare. Priceless. Well done again my Friend.

By the look on his face it looks like hes being chased by a shark... It is a map made of ancirnt whale bone. I cannot divulge the details of this map because it fits as another piece to my treasure puzzle .I will give all of you one more clue The bone is carved from a spanish whale the arrow points to the jellyfishes tail. Lets just leave it at that .LOL That is a really cool piece hope its super old and rare Thanks for sharing it!!!!
