Its made of copper i think not sure what it is if its a company token and not shur what year it could be it came out of a 1800s property

Well, there's something called a HERS Index, which has something to do with energy efficiency.
And also, a place called Paradise, Colorado.

I'll bet none of that helps you, though.

Sure looks like some type of property tag. I love the way it looks - I can almost imagine an "old timer standing next to a horse and carriage" pounding it out - letter by letter - neat!

Looks very similar to a WWI dog tag I found. Normally they were aluminum disks with words sloppily punched into them.

I'd wondered it that was an overlapped HY, making it Hershy. There are a couple of mentions old newspaper articles online mentioning a P.J.Hershy in Kansas.
