The triangle is actually a rock but I've never seen a triangle rock that perfect. And I was also thinking hammer but it looks like the picture too. And thanks for the welcome!

Both are natural. The stone with the bands formed that way when the softer stone eroded away leaving the harder stone (bands) behind.

vpnavy's sample on the right show pecking all over it. OP's has no pecking. Natural, but it would have made one heck of a club if an Indian would have found it back in the day. Gary
