My buddy found it by a foundation in Pa. That’s all I know. I couldn’t post it because my phone won’t allow me too, and I'm not IT savvy. Lol thanks in advance

Sometimes the person closest to it has the hardest time seeing it. I should have seem also but not many row boats in these mountains.

Was going to suggest oar lock or rifle aiming aid. Looks like oar lock easily wins.
