Said ln rules to report scammers. I can remember once the Egyptian antiquities ministry saying the looting in Egypt is sometimes the Russian mafia or to support terrorism. These guys are armed and dangerous , Egypt does not want to mess with them when they excavate. People in other countries might be contributing to black market sales also. If you can verify the sale is legal no problem. Even antiquity dealers can become corrupted.
