I'd be interested in knowing the intangibles here. $400 is an awesome price. But is the wreck considered property that is subject to taxes? Does he incur any liability in owing it, i.e. if someone dives it and gets stuck inside and dies is he liable? And don't forget, if even a single gold nugget is found on that wreck, Spain owns it free and clear.
